We Ship All Our items by Air.

We deliver our select fresh products directly from their place of origin.
We take into account the physical nature of our products and make every attempt to deliver them as quickly as possible.

Directly Delivered from Country of Production.

Sometimes it may be difficult to purchase products and keep them fresh due to their expiration dates.
But not to worry! You will not be disappointed when receiving your delivery because we procure our products on demand.

To help keep your costs low, please order our products from a single origin whenever possible.
If you place an order of products from U.S.A and Japan, you will be charged shipping and handling for both countries.

Three Types of Boxes are Available for Shipments.

Shipping costs can vary depending on whether the item being shipped is small and heavy or big and light and may be more expensive than you expect.
When shipping via Air, the shipping costs is determined by volumetric weight, which uses an estimated weight that is calculated from the length, width and height of the package.
We provide our service by separating multiple packages to reduce total shipping cost when total weight exceeds 5kg (approx. 11lb).
※For some remote locations an additional charge will be added to the shipping cost.
